Hello everyone. My name is Angie. I am 25 years old with a beautiful 3 years old girl. 2 years ago i met an amazing man with an autistic son the same age as my daughter. He is an wonderful little boy who loves his daddy very much. Sadly, my daughters dad is not very involved in her life so he took over as a father figure and he is wonderful with her. Anyways, for the last 2 years he has been going through a bitter battle with his ex. She is not a very nice person and is very spiteful. We filed an assault charge on her a few days ago because of an incident sunday and today his lawyers called and said she filed a restraining order on HIM against his son, OBVIOUSLY just because she wasnt very happy about the assault charge on her. So he is not allowed to be around his son until court. She put in the clause all these terrible VERY untrue things that she claims he is doing to her son. I can tell you, i am with them every single visitation for the last 2 years and NOTHING has happened. I never knew great dads like this were real until i met him. His son wont even let him leave the room to go to the bathroom because he doesnt want him away from him. Now, we have a lot of proof to counter act her lies, but he, as well as his family are completely distraught over this. She has put them through misery over nothing but her bitterness for 2 years and we just want it to end. We are hoping the the judge will see, with all of our evidence, that this is all out of spite. His family took me and my daughter in when we had nobody. They are amazing people and i HATE to see them go through all of this. So i please ask for your prayers and support because im not sure how much faith he has left in him. Court is on monday and if things go bad, i am not sure what he would do! thank you guys so much!!!!!
