Please pray for me. I have chronic Sinusitis, and it has been a thorn in my side' for years. Pray that God will heal me. I know that He can. I am just waiting. Because right now' it is just about more than I can bare.

Father in heaven
I bring my brother before you with thanksgiving knowing that you know our ins and outs and that you love us beyond measure. I thank Jesus for being our intercessor.... Jesus it with praise of your majesty that I bring Lewis before your thrown and ask that you would heal him of this conjestion that has been plaging him...Lord, we look forward to seeing you do this terrific work on lewis.

I stand in agreement with this prayer for healing. I also pray that you will reveal to Lewis what the cause is, and if there are any changes that Lewis needs to make to keep it from recurring.

Did you know that drinking hot tea or hot liquids will help drain the sinus'?
Have you been to the doctor to see if you have allergies ? In any case, I hope that God blesses you with His healing & His Love!! (=

Thank you all' and yes many many times I have seen the doctor for this. I have allergies and a deviated right septum in my right nostril. It looks like I might have to get a operation. And start getting my allergy shots again. Chronic sinusitis 'makes your quality of life hard. But I have faith that one day I will be ok. When the swelling is down in my nostrils the symptoms go away. And my sense of smell returns. Right now I cannot smell nothing. went one time for 2 years without smelling anything. I have to find a doctor down here in my new home of Brunswick Georgia. Philadelphia had hundreds of ENT's. The medication prednisone takes the swelling down therefore bringing my smell back. But you can't stay on prednisone forever. But God is good' I will get better. It is just that sometimes it is more than I can bare.

I know how you feel- my granddaughter is on prednisone for a kidney illness & it's no fun to have to take that stuff- It would be great without the side effects wouldn't it? I'll keep you in my thoughts & prayers & pray that God will heal you.

I pray that God grants you a healing. I have had troubles with this in the past too. I nearly died because the infection went into my blood one time, and had my inlaws not dropped in I would have just laid there and died...my husband was out of town at the time. I was just dumb, and ignored it far too long. I had to give up dairy ultimately, but I admit I do have cheese every now and then. The Lord bless you, and I will also pray that you find a good doctor in your area.

In the past, I too suffered from chronic sinusitis and asthma attacks that were getting worse. I am allergic to dust, certain pollens, and animal dander. Problem is I hate dusting, and I love plants and animals. LOL. Well, I don't have pets any longer because of the dander allergy. I can't even have a bird because of the dust that comes off of their feathers. But actually, it wasn't until I quit smoking that the asthma attacks stopped and my allergies decreased in the severity of them. As a matter of fact, the allergies are very mild compared to what they were since I quit smoking. Also, I thank God that my state is now a smoke free state come December 7th. No more having to inhale second hand smoke while in restaurants or public places.

Being sensitive as you are, I pray the Lord bring you Christian doctors who are privy to better medical treatment than you have ever had, and that The Lord God bring you even greater wisdom of how to gain control over this, even if need be to do some alterations to your diet or environment, to help alleviate the symptoms. I pray the Lord God give you whatever it is you need to find a cure.
