[ Testimony ] Poem: Conspiracy Fear Ease

[Poet of Ephraim]

The lot of the cowards will fall to the gullible,
The hive-minded who class query insufferable.
Drowning their fear in a lake named Conspiracy,
And justify the act in a regurgitated soliloquy.
Ignorance perfected and the mockery's ironic,
Intelligence defective and defense histrionic.
But nightmares will find those who never awake,
And so will their fear when it returns from the lake.

Hello Ephraim from a man from Manasseh. Very deep and well written. I must admit I had to look up some of those words. May I quote in the Spirit of the famous Margaret Thatcher regarding Socialism? I stated: "The problem with conspiracy theories is that two or three years later they are found to be true." Grant it, not as poetical as you but there seems to be a trend here.

I like your poem. I cannot claim to have complete clarity on it It seems to address something I see happening. The belief of false information, by those who do not take the time to question it.
