How grave the error found in the half-hearted,
Casually strolling in the race they’ve just started.
Faith bound smartly within the walls of a tick box,
Intermittent prayers used like heavenly picklocks.
Woe to the lukewarm snoozing their alarm call,
Your moat has dried up under the day's arsenal.
Wake up! Prepare a plate as if hungry and needy,
Lest you fall foul of the One you treat as a genie.
