I would like to thank God and Jesus for loving me more than anyone, dying for me and rising, saving me, creating all good things, forgiving me, caring for me, being understanding, existing, being God and being holy.

My prayer request is to know God's will for my life so I can stop crying. I just want our wills to align together. And to help me through an addiction.

Jesus girl! I love that name and was attracted to this thread when I saw it! I have worked with those in addiction for years and the great secret seems to be to always be honest and always trust God to overcome by His Grace.

"For My grace is made perfect in weakness"
If you will? you can learn more in your struggle than any can by there strength. At the end you can say with an humble and thankful heart? BY GRACE I STAND!

Thank you! I was actually tempted like 20 minutes ago to go back to the addiction but instead went into a room I pray in a lot, got on my knees, and cried to God to help me and He did! I guess that's what I have to keep doing.

The Lord will uphold you! not because you are strong but because you are weak and have called for His Help.

Here is your promise.

Psa 72:12 He shall deliver the needy, when he crieth; the poor also, and those who has no helper.
13 He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of those who need Him.
14 He shall redeem their life from opression and violence: and precious shall their lives be in His sight.

Trust in the Lord, with all your heart and he shall direct your paths. Amen and so be it in the Name of Jesus.

Well you may find this a little hard to believe but He told me to give you that scripture. The only difference between me and you is that I have already been through what you are going through and I now know how much He loved you and me both. Dare to believe! You have this one life to risk and nothing to lose but your pain. I came to a place of death and cried out and said If you are who you say you are? show me and I will follow You. I now live as if I have nothing to lose!

Like that song? "live like you were dying" I having chosen to trust and whatever happens after that is not of my concern!
