[__ Prayer __] Pray for my dearest friend

Please keep my friend Gail in your prayers. She's having some health issues with her eye. And her and I have had this virus for going on 7-8 weeks.....I seem to be a week behind her with this stuff, and as friends it's hard not having each others company for so long due to not wanting to make each other worse. Well because of numerous illnesses, and her being on oxygen of course it's settled mostly in her weak area....the lungs. So please pray for her, GBU.

Well precious Carol, hello dear.

I know how very hard it can be to watch a friend suffer... It hurts in the inner-most person, sometimes so much we lose heart... momentarily. :fadein:

But God has reigned in this too, even from the moment you and she contacted that poopy bug! He is truly in control, I only remind you of what you know to maybe help you- to strengthen your hope in the God of all hope, the One who cares for you, by whose stripes you are healed... :infinity:

Heavenly Father~

Thank You for Your mercy and love for Gail and Carol, Lord, for their sweet friendship in Your lovely Son, and for the work You are performing under all these afflictions in them both. We come to Your throne of grace, in our time of need for more grace - And we boldly request Your virtuous healing for Gail, especially that you would cure her lungs of this weakness, and remove the illness in her eye Lord.

We also ask for Carol to be healed of this long sickness Father, for Your Comfort and Presence to keep both these sweet ladies, and most of all, that they may be a witness of Jesus thru it all!

We ask in the blessed name of our Lord, Jesus Christ, :smt049 and we thank You Father for hearing our request, and answering according to Your Holy and wonderful will! So be it. bonnie

God Bless you Bonnie for your encouraging words....came at the right time for me girl. Thanks Bonnie and I claim your godly wisdom/knowledge of your prayer in the name of Jesus and the healing request of your and my prayers. I'm so thankful that when we hurt for others and our emotions get in the way of our prayers how it's so hard to hear/listen for that quiet voice of the Lord inside, and how the enemy uses our emotions to keep us from hearing, that our wonderful merciful Lord sends a brethern to give us the light to see clearly again in the darkness of things and helps us regain our focus where it should be.
