Wow this is a shoddy hit piece. Hey AiG, do you want to tell your readers that the "transgender hotmones" you ate talking about ate Testosterone and Estrogen? The hormones humans peoduce naturally. Yes too much of ant hormone could (emphasis on could) cause cancer.

Some of the stuff mentioned about Doctors doing surgeries on minors for g3nder confirming care is also shoddy since most hospitals don't do that. Most people get is puberty blockers and then maybe hormones after months to years of treatments and visits to a doctor.ental health doesn't stop anyone from getting surgery in any field.


Yes the Doctors are correct that people need to be more informed, waivers are everywhere in the medical industry. K8ds can't just walk into hospitals and hold put there hands and get okayed for surgeries and hormones. It takes several visits, and when you get to a certain level you no longer get asked if you are mentally stable since psych evals happen at the very start. That's step one of getting into gender affirming care.


Parents are also highly considered and informed until the paitent is 18. Until then parents are in thr loop and also have to consent.


Also unless kids are sitting on mountains of cash, they are not even getting anywhere near this field since most insurance don't cover much past blockers.
