He's an ***, that's for sure. But he also is a very intelligent and informed man - he is just blind to matters of faith.
I have a good close atheist friend from whom I've learned a lot - just too bad that I haven't got thru to him on matters of the soul.

Haven't given up, but the going is tough.

Sometimes people get too intelligent for their own good.

I often wonder why that intelligence pull some away instead of steering them towards, but I guess it probably does both.
