The opportunity has arisen for me and my wife to maybe purchase a house. Please pray that if this is God's will that everything go smoothly and no (or at least very few) problems arise. Thank you!
 
Congrats! Buying a house is a huge step. I'm glad my husband and I did when we did. We know now what to expect for the next house we buy. Just make sure that any problems are fixed by the owner or agreed about with who fixes what before you move in.
