Study and meditate on Romans 5:8-6:23. Do not rush through this. Think often upon the death of Jesus our Lord. Purity from the lust of the flesh comes through the continuing revelation to us of the death of our Lord Jesus.

Purity~
Hi Joe67~
I have very recently been studying purity in the bible, because my divorce is about to be realised and I fear my flesh! I am an old lady compared to you, I have a two grandsons who are 16 and 17, so I understand a little of what you are going thru.
Anyway, I pray this little bit of teaching the Lord gave me, will inspirie and direct you in your own struggles...
PURITY SIX things to do-that keep you pure...
1) Set your mind on the Lord, rather than on worldly things... especially when you are tempted.
Isa 26:3 Thou shalt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee.
In Romans 16 Paul tells us... I would have you to be wise concerning that which is good, but simple concerning that which is evil.
The world thinks we are so dumb to be totally out of touch with many of the things that relate to worldly temtations. :rolling If we choose to watch late-night TV, get into the worlds fads and such. See, we can go on the internet, watch the movie, and then ask God's forgiveness and He will forgive a heart that confesses. But we wont forget it. The nail is pulled out but the hole is left there still. :nod
See what sticks to you are the things of the world, you remember the ditty from 4th grade but not the bible study from the other day.
Images jokes, stories, these will stay with you all your days. And the world only offers an unreal plastic fantasy. 
Then if we get sucked in~ without being able to explain why~ we can then can become dissatisfied with the good things God has given us. Our friends, interests, studies, even church fellowship can seem dull. :nag
David gave in to his lust, he defiled himself and slept with another man’s wife and became a murderer. Then he wrote... Ps 101:3 I will set no wicked thing before my eyes.
BE CAREFUL LITTLE EYES WHAT YOU SEE.
2) Authority and integrity are linked together inextricably.
The human spirit can sense in your voice, see on your face, whether or not you are a person of integrity. You can be seen through. the voice of a parent that is living in purity is heard. The voice of the one without purity, has no authority.
3) Your happiness is directly proportional to your holiness.
Jesus was a joyfilled man, because he was a holy man.
Hebrews 1 tells us so. Because thou hast loved righteousness and hated iniquity, thou hast been anointed above thy fellows with gladness.
It is wonderful to spend time with a person who is full of joy! Why do you think they followed Jesus into the wilderness, and even went without food to hear him? he was full of God's beautifully attractive joy!
Be careful not to take a break from holy living, you will get a hole in your soul where your joy can leak out! :gah
See Joe, sex is extremely glorious like a fire in a fireplace. Sex is, romantic, interesting, and warming. But outside of the safe place, the hearth, it is destructive! Don’t let the fire burn outside of the safe place meant for it, and you will get burned. Your future life will burn to the ground! There is pleasure in sin for a season, but after that destruction comes...
Do not go to that movie; do not partake of those evil jokes to be cool with the crowd.
4) Follow the Lamb wherever he goes.
Do you ever wonder what the direction of the Lord is for you? Look at the Sun, no don't look at it, it is HUGE, a hollowed sun can fit inside it (1,300,000 planet earths).
The Sun is gigantic, warming, illuminating, life giving, but it can be blocked out with only my little thumb.
Gods will is so warm and big and illuminating, like the sun. But if we lust and sin we get our dumb thumb in of the way of our vision of Him! We miss His direction and end up sad and repentant. See the thumb we all have is sin, get it out of the way. . .
By our walk in purity and holiness granted by His grace we can follow Him easily… :D
5) Pure lives bear fruit for the Lord.
The first fruits, the best stuff. God says these are first fruits for Me! Maybe we don’t care about marriage, but you care about what God thinks of you. . . Its always a tough choice to keep pure, yet God says it creates tasty fruit! Passion and desire and all the stuff around us, and the beast inside, welling up and wanting it all... There is no switch on our belly~ to just turn it off till it is the right time and the right person, and the right place.
Can you say, though none go with me still I will follow. The Lord says, Really? I love it. You want to say the world behind me the cross before me? Then I will give you a special opportunity to say it in your life. Just let Me give you the power to accomplish it, trust on Me. Then you watch~ you cannot out-give Me, I will so bless you.
The crop He hurls down in your direction will be wonderful and abundant! Yeah!
6) Pure people have sweetness in their mouth.
No poison, no bitterness. Morality and purity and holiness are directly linked to your mouth.
Ephesians 5:3-4 says; But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints; The first part of the list is moral. If we give in to the first part the second part follows automatically. neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. What comes after immoral living? A whole bunch of foolish jesting! Foul words start welling up in our minds and start spilling out of our mouths. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. If we have a fould mouth we are probably involved in immorality to some extent!
Chose purity and speak beautifully.
It PAYS to be pure. You will never regret purity, ever.
It is actually like a COOL thing to be pure, to the angels and to other Christians, and especially to the Father. ...But you know what, even the world thinks its special, they put it down cause there's no way they can follow a pure life without God... :shades
