Queen - Who wants to live forever

That was a great song for the movie "Highlander" ....... the soundtrack is phenomenal.

Thanks for sharing, Angel :wave2

Did you know that Freddie didn't know how to read music?

There are a lot of musicians who can't read music. They play/sing by ear only, which is remarkable.

At about age 30, Ludwig van Beethoven started losing his hearing, but continued to compose ... even when the hearing was almost gone, he continued with the music he heard in his head.

Yeah I heard that. Really amazing

Stevie Wonder couldn't read music ... he definitely made use of the great talent our Lord gave him!

Music is for listing not reading...

No Angel i can not... not even close..

You can still sing as loud as you want when you are alone! :nag

You can still sing as loud as you want when you are alone! :nag

Note the key words in these verses :)

Psa_66:1 To the chief Musician, A Song or Psalm. Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:
Psa_81:1 To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of Asaph. Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.
Psa_95:1 O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
Psa_95:2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
Psa_98:4 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
Psa_98:6 With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.
Psa_100:1 A Psalm of praise. Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.

We lost a great talent when the man died. Show Must Go On moved me to tears, especially when you realize how much pain and deterioration Freddie was in during the recording.

He did it all in one take!

He really did have such a great talent; I so agree, Milk-Drops .

He actually was a one-taker for many of Queen's songs.....he was unique.
