BASKING IN LOVE

Everyone wants to be loved. You know the feeling, the warmth, that feeling when you know someone really loves you. As you go through this world, you'll find as you know many times and situations when you don't feel loved.
There are times when you feel all alone and sometimes, that no one cares. But look up, God loves you. God is love. Even before we were born, God loved us. He demonstrated that love for us by Christ being sent to the earth that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
God knows everything from the beginning to the end. There's nothing made that He didn't make. He knew we would be here, and He made a way for us to spend eternity with Him. Even before you were born, He demonstrated that love. He wants us to spend eternity with Him. We can see in 1 John 3:1 He wants us to be part of His family.
The enemy wants you to feel unloved; he wants you to feel lost. But look up, God loves you. Remember when you first felt that warm feeling of true love from your mother or father or later a spouse? When they came into the room you felt that warm feeling and you couldn't get enough of that. Well, God loves you even more than that.
This world needs to be told about that love. Spread the news that God is love. Help people to accept Christ as Lord and let them be part of God's family. We can spend eternity basking in that love.
