Verses 27, "Men with men working that which is unseemly."
Verse 28, "God gave them over to a reprobate mind."

Will these people be in Heaven? Are they able to meaningfully chat and share today about God by using their reprobate minds? Giving busy and lengthy explanations about what they think and feel? Yes?

No. Jesus was a Real Man. He did not allow continuation of sin for any reason. He instructed all to "Repent." No Real Man does unseemly things with a reprobate mind.
