I'm sitting here at the Ronald McDonald House with my little girl. Her proceedure went OK, she's uncomfortable but doing good.

I just want to give the House kudos. I don't know if any of you are familiar with the RMH's, but they are great. Since we live about 2 hours out of town and since our weather was so terrible, I signed us up to stay here last night and tonight. This house is great. They are right across from the hospital, and they have rooms filled with toys, computers, dvd players, whatever you can think of to make life a little easier during a difficult time. My daughter is sitting on a computer next to me, playing an art game and is giggling and laughing just as if she doesn't have this probe down her throat.

The cost to stay is nominal and will be waived if necessary, and they truly do give lot's of TLC here.

So, kudos to Ronald McDonald! I'm a pleased Mom!

Great news... and I've heard nothing but good things about RMH. :-)
