And the doctor is not going to snitch on him or herself. They get buried or cremated and nobody and the family never finds out.

Doctors make mistakes they are human.Sometimes families find out about it and sometimes they do not.The medical profession is the best at covering up their mistakes.Their are also thousands of lives saved everyday by doctors.
