You can pray it be no malaria and let God Sarah to take her medicine and food and water well. This is a malaria prone area so doctor gave a malaria medicine in addition to vomiting, fever and a vitamin. and told to wait for 3 days otherwise will have to go for blood tests.
You can pray for us, not sure if we should end vacation and return for better treatment at home.
