school band members?

I'm a senior involved in school band and choir and wondered if there were any band people here.

I play the clarinet in my school band. I'm going to be in 9th grade next year. I don't really like playing the clarinet very much. I'm really into the piano. I practice for a few hours a day on the piano.

I had a great time my Senior year in band. We did some great shows and had a ton of fun.

Can I reccomend a song? "Crown of Thorns" by Julie Giroux. I've found a website that has the program notes from it here. Although it is grade 3, it's a great song.

I was in school band from 6th grade to my senior year playing the clarinet. I miss it, I really enjoy playing. If I had my choice of another instrument to learn it'd probably be the piano. I just love the sound and the emotion of it, but I still love my clarinet ^_^. A couple of my favorite songs was Greensleeves for the Christmas concert and Rondo, an awesome fast-slow-fast song that had a wicked beat and awesome notes. It was one of the songs of my last concert.

i'm a college sophomore, but when i was a high school sophomore i played the trumpet in marching band :D

:D The churches today have great bands.
Also,groups like "Third Day", and "Petra," and "Tait" are great leaders
and role models to follow after.
