this is an old house going back to about the early 1910s to 1940 at the latest when sears stopped making them. while its modified since to have plumbing and a few rooms added and a kitchen. these were all along riomar road and the community and the old clubhouse which was beachside was the kitchen and food was a collective gathering. these were the wealthier. riomar itself and who created it will be posted and alex mcwilliams story and his house(which is actually behind this house) and i have walked from it to that house to check a leak.
