Shared bookmarks folder for multiple browsers?

I occasionally switch between using IE9 and Chrome. If I add a new link to the favorites folder in IE9 I'd like it to also appear in my Chrome bookmarks folder. Anyone know of a way to set up IE9 and Chrome to share the same bookmarks/favorites file so editing the favorites file in IE9 also edits the bookmarks file in Chrome and vise versa?
