Paul, when admonishing the church in Corinth, did not call their salvation into question. He did not call them "monkeys" or any other such thing but commanded them to do all things unto edification of the body and in an orderly manner.
He asked, "If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad?"
I'm not trying to say that the people in the video were "speaking in tongues". Only that they were not following clear biblical principles. It's easy to think they are crazed but I would here advise a word of caution.
We don't want to be like Michal, the daughter of Saul
who loved David but... When David brought the Ark of the Covenant into the city she saw him playing and dancing before the lord. She loved him but...
2Sa 6:12 And it was told king David, saying, The LORD hath blessed the house of Obededom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obededom into the city of David with gladness.
Through her window she saw the King dancing and playing and despised him in her heart. Her King David was adorned as a Priest - we see that he had on an "ephod" of linen.

Why did Michal despise her husband in her heart? He was 'supposed' to be the King! There he was, dressed as a Priest: 2Sa 6:16 And as the ark of the LORD came into the city of David, Michal, Saul's daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart.
Would that Paul were here to see and admonish us and correct us rightly so that we might not become a mockery before unbelievers and believers (unlearned) alike. But also would that we, as believers were able to learn not to judge according to our eyes, nor according to our ears but to judge with righteous judgment. Then again, why call for Paul when we have the Holy Spirit in us to teach us all things? I think that the things we see in the video are given as a snare. How can a bird (us) be caught when the snare is laid in its sight?
Pray understand my tone here though. I'm not "setting my hand against" those who remark honestly about what we have seen. I've heard the saying, "Don't be drunk like a skunk - but hear-it, be ye filled with the Spirit" (wherein there is no excess).
Clearly, when we see our brother sinning (not talking about sin that leads to death here) we are to Ask God for him and He will give them life. Why are there divisions in the Body? Is Christ divided? If we judge with our eyes only, yes.
