anyone have any advice on how to enjoy waking up on time in the morning? I'm so tired and so late all the time! I go to sleep by 10 or earlier...I'm so tired!

It's like no matter what time I go to bed (and I like to get at least 9 hours) I just can't get enough sleep. Getting up early especially is hard, as it makes me feel quite nauseous.
