Christianity Is Not An ATM Machine for Unbelievers.

When God told Noah to build an ark he didn't then tell Noah to go out and coddle the wicked into entering the ark. The ark was the warning to the wicked that God's judgment is near. For man today Jesus Christ is that ark and a warning to the wicked that God's judgment awaits them.

Noah was not instructed to go out and gather all the animals into the ark by himself. God brought the animals to the ark.

Genesis 7: 8-9
“Pairs of clean and unclean animals, of birds and of all creatures that moved along the ground, male and female, CAME TO Noah and entered the ark, as God commanded Noah.â€

God's church is the ark and he will gather his faithful into the shelter of his church. The clergy needs to follow Noah as their guide and resist the temptation to turn the ark into an ATM machine for the wicked.

It is interesting that God did not provide any financial means to Noah to build the ark. He just gave the command to Noah and Noah was faithful to carry out the task by the 'sweat of his brow' and not the cleverness of his sermons.

Genesis 6:14
“So make YOURSELF AN ARK (God did not say to make an ark for others or that God will make it for Noah) of cypress wood, make rooms in it and coat it with pitch inside and outâ€


Preachers must teach God's faithful to 'Make Yourself An Ark' and not stand in line at God's ATM waiting for 'manna from a wallet'.

The only problem here, not that God has appointed me the seeker of problems, is that you state the church is an ark and then say go build one. This invites many questions such as, Is there not already a church and where is it? Should I start my own church? What about those who say there is a rapture and no ark is necessary? Meanwhile there are those that say God will never flood the earth again and others who say the flood in the book of Revelations is a flood of lies spilled out by the mouth of the dragon.
