This is the place for barbeque in Dallas. The Meat Tater ( huge baked potato, loaded with butter, chives, sour cream, and your choice of meat) is awesome, albeit not the healthiest thing you could eat. You also get a beer bottle full of warm barbeque sauce, which tastes like it includes drippings, and a fresh, warm roll.
On the door, it says "open to 11:00 or until the food runs out." And that happens sometimes. The city was just about shut down from an ice storm, so there were only a few people there that night.
