Dear Lord: We need your comfort and peace right now. Our young people need your help right now. Protect our Christian children and support them in their journey. Awaken the children who are violent to your doctrine of peace. Inspire the police throughout the country to peacefully arrest wrong doers. As you know I have been arrested and in the process had my rights violated, but you chose to spare me from harm. Inspire good men and women to join the police force and send the bad cops away. Sift the wheat from the chaff for the future of this country and the world. Encourage good people to come forward and bad people to go home. Protect my son and I as we live in the trenches right now. When you enter the heart of someone they know peace. Give me the courage to spread the word of your gospel without alienating people by just being a cheerful witness to thy power, grace, and love. Amen
