Just curious, Jason. What was your motivation to call the police? I mean, what did you believe would be accomplished by calling the police?
I'm not saying you were wrong, not at all. I've just never been faced with that type of situation.

Sexual organ nearly exposed by the boy.this wasn't even 10 am.when I saw them.they were in an empty home near the high school.police said this is common.it was also out in the open.if they were sleeping I might not have bothered.

Time and location.oh I scared them but we do have homeless that trespass and break in homes and meter rooms.I prefer if they are doing that and I sense some might be a threat.move along.vero pd will not arrest them homeless for simply being there.shoo em off.if it's indecent exposure then what if saw that?

Hmm...I've been thinking about this. You let them off whole lot easier than I would have.

No.my intent was to have them charged.of the just sleeping and not really a nuisance. The judges will likely let them off on bond while they await sentences which isn't much.but indecent exposure if convicted it's a bit serious..remember I was at work.if a fight broke out even though I might not be at fault for chewing them out.I'm not a cop..what if they were also criminal.my job isn't to stop teen fornication or any crimes.

I'm glad I have never been in that situation. I wouldn't want to have to go to court and testify about what I saw, in this case.

I wasn't that offensive. I was more concerned about the landlord and his rights then my sensitivity. I felt the need to keep the public safe but I was well in the worldly in me. who hasn't tried that as a teen? I did it later in life , so I understand the foolishness but it doesn't make it right.just I was never that blatent. it was really stupid. no cover, nothing. under a sea grape. if the guy with the dogs was out to the west surely he would have wondered why his dogs were barking at something that wasn't there. they bark at me all the time.

Yes, they were trespassing.
I suppose you will be notified if they are charged and plead not guilty. They may have been gone by the time the police arrived.

they were gone, and yes I did give them the info needed and informed my boss who just gave me hell. he was saying well no wonder why It took so long on that route you were watching to homeless people have sex.i scared them for sure as they didn't expect me to come walking around the corner. I know the boy was startled when I said something.

Homeless teenagers...that is sad. I expect that if they are tracked down, the court will do something about that. State custody and contacting the parents.

Im not sure if they were vagrants or not, at first I thought it was homeless people but he was young, so likely they were teens an not homeless. not sure

one would hope so but I doubt this was their first time. one doesn't just decide one day to have sex behind a home on the grass under a tree without loosing some inhibitions.
