God the Father has provided fulness for us through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Here are some of the blessings we have in Christ:

1. Forgiveness ( Ps. 103:3; Jer. 31:34; 1 John 1:9).

2. Healing ( Ps 103:3; Matt. 8:17; 1 Peter 2:24).

3. Redemption from destruction Ps 103:4; John 10:10; John 8:32, 36).

4. Renewed strength ( Isa 40:31; Rom. 8:11).

5. Long life ( Ps. 91:16; Prov. 9:10-11; 1 Peter 3:10-11).

6. Protection and victory ( Ps. 91; Rom. 8:37).

7. Provision ( Luke 6:38; Phil. 4:19).
