Do the genealogies of Genesis 5 and 11 contain chronological gaps?

No Bishop Ussher settled this whole issue 500 years ago. No one has added anything to what he wrote. Even Science confirms that Adam and Eve lived in the Garden of Eden 6,000 years ago. I believe Adam when he sinned was the same age as Jesus when He died at Calvery. Exactly 6,000 years later.
