This Is Bad

I saw this on FNC and he should be glad I was not there and packing, I would have guaranteed the youngster to never, ever, be hit by the clown again.

Who was the woman that just walked out of the store with the kid? Did she not see it happen? He got bail...I guess not many people care about this kind of thing anymore.

I wondered that too. What had the kid done that the woman was so casual about this attack?
 
But did she see any of it ?
