The Father, Son and the Holy spirit were in heaven before the foundation of the the world. The Son may not have had a title of Son of God/Son of Man. However after his death and resurrection, the Godhead has come to make his home in all believers by faith. That is the Father, his Son and the Holy Spirit. The same Holy Spirit that hovered over the waters in the beginning and the same Holy Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead...is dwelling in you.

And Christ Jesus is the same God who created the Heavens and earth, and who led Israel in the wilderness, delivering them from the power of the enemy, and out of the kingdom of darkness into the Promised Land, a foreshadowing of where He is leading us all to today.
