I used to be angry at Muslims. Even in America. But God has given me love towards them. Compassion. I didn't feel this on my own, I believe God just spoke to my heart and softened it.

They're lost. How can they truly believe that their god is real? I don't understand their conviction. I don't understand any conviction except for Christ.

Are they the ones who do things in God's name but God says, depart, I never knew you?

In the end, they are human. I need to love them, as God does. I think if we pray, and by God's mercy, some of them may be saved! Everyone needs Jesus. I Pray that some of them, (even all!) receive salvation.

All of the Islamic people I've known or worked with are some of the gentlest people I've ever met. It's the radical ones causing all the trouble.

I guess about 0.001% of the worlds population are extreme nutcases.

You know, its just as pathetic as people who say the jews rejected Christ when thousands did not.

2 billion christians dont represent me just like 2 billion muslims dont represent another muslim.

kiwidan, please understand that I am not angry.
But why do you say is pathetic to say that Jews rejected Christ cause lots of them are saved.?
I don't think it is wrong to say that they have rejected Christ.
I do understand your take, too.

Oh yes, I know, knowone is angry.

I'm sorry but the Qu'ran is available for free in a pdf file, readable on your computers and both of you need to study. If you do not know your enemy, you will die!

When a Muslim comes together with a non-Muslim, there must be conversion.
As I've read from Jews for Jesus, a Muslim marries a Jew who is a Christian.
That Muslim becomes a Christian first.
A conversion must take place either way.
It is easy to distrust Muslims just as most people see Americans as Christians and distrust them.
It's hard to see beyond that being on the outside looking in.

I do not have compassion for people who follow a ideaology that glorifies man.

Funny.. today at my clinic I saw two muslims.. I've never seen them there before. Kinda interesting since God spoke to my heart about them...

Angel,
Please be careful and do some research. Hundreds of people loved Jim Jones because he was a good Word Smith. Check everything against the Bible, it is the truth.

I agree that the Bible is truth, and not any other 'book'
I just was nice to them. I smiled. Nothing more.
I think God just wanted me to be kind.

If you read the Qu'ran you will understand that there is no such thing as a radical/non radical muslim. There is either a good muslim or a bad muslim ie one who follows the Qu'ran or one who doesn't. The problem therein lies with trust. Their belief says to convert or turn by any means necessary including jihad which in it's self has many forms and lying to an infidel (you and me) for that purpose is permissable. Show them God's Love Yes, trust them? Never. The bible does not teach us to be blind or ignorant. Please do not underestimate their responsibilities and what they are prepared to do to you and me for their beliefs.

Paul was a violent man, murdered more then one Christian. Yet God Called him .

I think you might be misunderstanding the intent of the post. Nobody is saying to hate them, treat them bad, or damn them to hell. I'll use your example of Paul. Paul was a christian killer and in his time you would have been wise to avoid him at all cost and not get near him as you would be put to death. Now let's propose that Paul was the kind of guy that you could go to an oasis and share a bucket of water with and he'd be real nice and smile and conversate with you. Let's suppose he says I'm just here to convert you back to Judaism and nothing more, we can be friends and get along. Now your sitting there talking to him and a scroll rolls out of his satchel and rolls open and you can see there in it plain as day that it commands him to kill you if you do not convert back. Do you trust that he will not kill you knowing he has done it before? NO of course not. Same principle. Pray for the Muslims, Be a representative of Jesus to the Muslims. But do not think for a moment that their commission to convert you by any means necessary or kill you has changed. I urge folks to read the levels of jihad. There are passive methods and more aggressive methods. Know who's out to get you. Know what the enemy is doing to come against you.

:agreed we dont have to open the door to our home to them. we love them through Christ eyes . pray they get saved.

the religion as a group is bad , even evil.. the persons with in that group can be 'nice' folks..

2Jn 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
2Jn 1:10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
2Jn 1:11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Jason, what are we to make of the Biblical description of the stoning of Stephen, and Saul's part in it? Saul apparently did not participate in the stoning, but was an witness, attending to the garments of those men who did stone Stephen. Was this just a way of introducing Saul as a callous and hateful young persecutor of Christians? Or was the fact that he didn't participate in the stoning, as I sometimes think, the beginning of his doubts? Was this God already working on the young Saul, leading him to his eventual epiphany?

Saul conspires and also took christian to their deaths.he was on his way to carry out that when he was changed.

So we should verify that they repented before working with them, allow them at church?I know this game.I work with a muslim, see a few as I go to work, read a few meters where I'm working for them.I have served with muslims.

I'm not in any wise suggesting be ignorant bur Jesus allowed himself to be killed in order to win souls. We ,if called ,will also be placed in that arena.

I get guarded ,very guarded when I enter gifford.I have good reason. I met and have been a costed by a few ex felons.one family to a man who shot a cop the same day I had him ask me why I was in his yard.yet I should read his meter at gun point?

I don't lower my guard, but I'm not going to live in fear.
