Yes, this happened in my "back yard." I heard it on the news this morning, and am disgusted that our liberal side of the state was defending the violent antifa people (with the mayor's blessing), and criticized the Christians for advocating for family values and against immorality.
The gays didn't like it, and I suspect more will come forward claiming to represent the hostility in society against "Christian radicals," who are fomenting violence by "attacking" and "provoking" those who defend "human rights" and gay liberation.
What really disgusted me is that a local Baptist minister attacked the Christian demonstrators as well, even though they were peaceable. He defended the violent group because he rationalized that "Christianity should not be attacking people with different beliefs," and claimed "Christianity should be having a big tent and be inclusive."
On another forum I was criticized en masse (on a Christian forum) and disciplined by the moderators (all in agreement) that I should not mention that the moderators had limited by ability to speak against homosexuality.
