I live In Anchorage, Alaska. Just west of us is an active volcano that erupted yesterday. The eruption was considered a small one and the scientists believe she will erupt again. The winds kept the 30,000 foot plume away from most of SE Alaska that is populated.

My prayer request is that IF it erupts again that the winds will continue to keep the ash away. Volcanic ash is very harmful and here in Anchorage we have approx 1500 homeless that will have no way to protect themselves except for those who can manage to get in the 2 shelters we have.
