First reaction of mine was negative, but then.... might not be a bad idea.
Since Walmart mainly attracts the entitlement types and old cronies who want cheap meds, they'll be flocking there instead of cramming up the emergency room and having their kids with sniffles get waited on before a person who has a broken bone or has some other real medical emergency. Sounds like a plan to me -- anything to draw them away.
