And the floor recognizes your opinion. However, in that courtroom, your opinion likely doesn't carry much weight.

Of course, im just a nobody on the outside who just likes to see credible evidence. It must be hard to find non bias and netural individuals when it comes to someone such highly political like Trump. Most people either love him or hate him.

Im interested how they find juriurs for such a case when it comes to such a case. Whats the process?. Surely just as a start would have to be sure they have nothing connected to being democrat or republican or anything political basically, never shared any past political views and opinions. I dont know im juat asking a genuine question because its a lot different from a regular case where people dont know the accused so there is no bias.

All people should want is the truth and a peaceful outcome. Its how the people will react to the outcome. It would be one of the most sensitive and highest cases ever in history.

I take things seriously when it comes to people being accused and dont have bias. So if there is a case i dont want to be psychologically manipulated in any way to look at the accused in any way other than what they accused of, if i think something is irrelevant its irrelevant, i dont care how someone felt entering s hotel room and if they did or did not want to sleep with rhe accused or they felt shaken up after if its nothing to do with the charge.

So if the focus is on hush money payments and falsifying records what has Daniels talking about she didnt want to sleep with him and she was sitting on his hotel bed afterward and her hands were shaking and she couldn’t pull herself together.

In my opinion all that is just irrelevant to the case. What has what went on in a hotel room got to do with falsifying records and hush money?.
You're right and I've seen several lawyers saying the same thing.

The problem is, the reason all those sordid details about Donald's one-time stand with the porn actress came out in court is because Donald's lawyers asked her about them in their cross-examination. The lawyers I've seen comment on that feel it's an indication that his lawyers are doing what he tells them rather than what's best for his defense.

Donald is clearly worried about his image and campaign, so he tells his lawyers to dispute that the adulterous affair took place, which led them to keep questioning Stormy D. about it, which is how all those gross details became public knowledge.

As you note, legally he'd have been better off not going down that road, but.....well.....too late now.

No that's not how it works. If they had to exclude Dems and Repubs every time a politician were in a jury trial, we'd never be able to try any politicians.

Basically, lawyers for both the prosecution and defense vet potential jurors and try to exclude any that show signs they can't decide the case fairly.

Ok, thanks for that, that sounds about as fair as it can get when humans are judging humans and have the power to free them or possibly lock them in a cage.

Just in general its not easy when it comes to judging others, just an example you get told someone said something nasty about you behind your back and you confront that oerson and say they no they never said that, whos telling the truth and whos the liar?. Lol. No evidemce then you cant judge it, yet most people will take a side and favor one over the other.

I used to sometimes watch those judge programmes and some them judges are wise, like Judge Judy she smart she smell a rat a mile away.

If the charge is basically falsifying records to hide hush money then there would have to be a record of that payment for the amount and a link to it being a bribe.

If there was a transaction did the other person recieve it?. Did they file a report as soon as they were offered a bribe?. Did they recieve payment and spend any of it or go stright to authorities?. I guess there are a lot of questions. The last thing someone should want is to have recieved bribe money and if that is true.

Alledgedly Trump got spanked on the buttocks by a porn star. Is that admitting assualt or was just playing around? Apparently she blacked out but they sleep together and she remembers it, did she have a random seizure while in the room or something?.

Even its all irrelevant to the charge. No one really cares about what some rich dude and a porn star who sells there body for a living get up to in a hotel room together. Maybe nothing, maybe something. Even something thats no ones business. Just show evidence of a link between falsefied records to hide hush money.

Its amazing because if Trump had an affair thats not eve the charge or the issue, no one needs to know the details of what went on inside the hotel room and Trump getting a spanking on the butt from a porn star and them sleeping together.

Its irrelevant. What has Trump posing or getting a spanking and what clothes he was wearing got to do with falsifying records and paying hush money?.

Hi Corn Pop

Yes, even the judge was amazed that the defense didn't object to a lot of her testimony.

God bless,

The Stormy Daniels episode might only be the start....

Trump Campaign Hid Settlements With Women, New Complaint Says

A sex discrimination lawsuit against Donald Trump’s campaign has triggered new accusations that Trump’s lawyers have intentionally covered up settlement payments to women, in violation of federal law.

On Friday, watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission, demanding an investigation into the alleged cover-up. The complaint cites new allegations from 2016 Trump campaign aide A.J. Delgado, which she lodged in a sworn court declaration earlier this week as part of her ongoing discrimination suit against Trump’s political operation.

Delgado’s filing presented evidence of top Trump attorney Marc Kasowitz openly admitting that the campaign wanted to use a law firm to cover up a potential settlement payout in 2017. The arrangement, as Delgado described it, appears specifically designed to evade the consequences of federal disclosure laws that require campaigns to publicly report the identities of payment recipients.

“In other words, the payment would be routed through a middleman, to hide the fact that the Campaign had settled, from the public and the FEC,” Delgado stated. “I thus have direct, personal experience with the Defendant-Campaign hiding settlement payments to women, routing them through a ‘middleman law firm,’ which to the public would only appear as payments ‘for legal services.’”
