Your question answers itself: if humans are apes, it obviously follows that some apes are humans. However, I suspect this isn't what you mean. Perhaps you should go read up on biological taxonomy and rephrase your question.

Humans are a species of ape; you in your question are using the word ape to mean two different things.
However, the situation is similar to the common statement "that all cognacs are brandy yet not all brandies are cognac". We have common shared characteristics with other primates such as orangutans and chimps, which are probably caused by genetics (DNA), so these primates are our rather close cousins in a way. The evolutionary path back leads to hominid creatures which more or less resemble what we have a mental image of when we say ape.
