What is the Will of the Father to enter the strait gate and narrow way that leads unto life?
Why do few find it?
Matthew 7:13-23 NKJV
The scripture tells us that many people have a key but the wrong lock. Remember Jesus way is strait and one-way!That all would come to repentance.
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9
This means all would turn to God, and confess Jesus as their Lord, in which they are reconciled to God, because they are joined to the Lord having become one with Him.
This is the first step.
This is entering the door, the narrow gate, which is Christ.
Then comes sanctification, and transformation.
For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; 1 Thessalonians 4:3
These are the first steps to being conformed to the image of His son, that we should grow up into Him, in all the fullness of the stature of a complete and mature Son, just like Jesus.
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love. Ephesians 4:11-16

There is no such thing as partial justification. One is either totally justified or not justified at all. While some Christians most definitely are closer to the Lord than others, still, all will enter the strait gate and narrow way that leads unto life. The scripture tells us that many people have a key but the wrong lock. Those who have departed from the faithThere is no such thing as partial justification. One is either totally justified or not justified at all. While some Christians most definitely are closer to the Lord than others, still, all will enter the strait gate and narrow way that leads unto life.
Paul addressed those who were religious, but who where not saved, regardless of what they claimed, as "having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof." He then said, "from such turn away" (2 Timothy 3:5).
Jesus said, “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. Revelation 3:15-16 NKJV
The teaching of Pastor Swaggart
I've always looked at those verses as part of Jesus conclusion from his teachings that he started in Chapter 5.What is the Will of the Father to enter the strait gate and narrow way that leads unto life?

We talk a lot about faith in Christ. But do we have enough faith to believe we can actually do what Jesus teaches us to do? So much of it goes against what we know about this world we live in.
