Why does Satan choose to be evil? What would any thing with a brain or a though processes choose to be against the Creator? God wields all the authority and yet this Lucifer bloke wants to stand against Him. It seems dumb and futile, so what's the point? It's a suicide mission if there ever was one. God does not even have to deal with Satan, He could cast the devil into Hell at any time He pleases, but He abides.

Why would anything attempt to mount an attack against God? :confused

Are they loco? :screwloose

In my opinion it's very brave of you to ask this question...I frankly don't want the answer... Pride can make one do crazy things :shrug

Why do people mock God? I know people that take great joy in making all kinds of fun about God.

As for satan, that's his nature.

Those people surely do not know God, though. They think we are a bunch of idiots who worship something that does not exist.

Satan, on the other hand, knows God and still, he continues...
