Dear Hitch, Jesus of Nazareth, a film which came on TV in spring of 1977 or 1978, I forget which, reminds me most of eschatology. In it the actor who played Jesus said, "I will be with you, every day of your life, until the end of time". That is good Christian eschatology. Of course, it is not I believe possible to portray God and Jesus accurately in a fictional film, but in days to come Jesus will be revealed to all. That certainly will be better than any film could do in preaching Gospel to us. I think much of what we do in life needs help from God. Where any one of us have sinned, we really need God's forgiveness. Since it is clear all have sinned, all need mercy from on High.

It's a tossup between Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure and The Beverly Hillbillies. :D
