I know Link is. Being a consistent jogger. Any others?
My body shape says it all. Or does it? I'm overweight. That uncomfortable "obese' word is sometimes used. I need to lose about 10 kg. 25 pounds?
But I do my own version of yoga everyday. Yeah it hardly takes the weight off. But it helps wellbeing.I swam today. About 1 km. I need to do more often perhaps.
My leg tendonoses prevents a lot of walking and running I could do.

Just be happy with yourself and the way you look, but go to the gym if you need to feel better and its good for health in general. I go to the gym myself, i have a belly now because i havent been to the gym since lock down started 5 months ago.
 
I’ve been doing my own version of yoga for a while too, and while it doesn’t exactly melt off the pounds, it really helps with overall well-being.
