The article that you quote denies the Scriptural account of the meaning of the Yahweh Name and also denies the occasion when this meaning was revealed to Moses and the significance of this Name (I will be/become who/what I will be/become) relating to the deliverance of Israel from Egypt and thus also denies the inspiration of the Scripture:
