Well,I am moving on to a different company.I am sure glad they do not serve where I am going.I am going to Century Link.Maybe they will not be any better.

They told me that the fastest they could get me for my computer is 7 Megabytes.I am computer clueless.Do I have that right?Am I going to have to wait two days to download something?
 
No, you won't have to wait two days to download something; it will only take 4 days.

Only kidding, Kathi ! There might be times of slower downloads, but that can happen with any internet provider. And at least they're not Frontier!

:hugThank you Air.I am exhausted and I have just begun.There is no air conditioning in the rental we are moving into.We are leaving a home with air conditioner.It was so hot in that house today while I was moving I thought I would have heat stroke.Also do you have any suggestions on how to get rid of musty smell?A couple of the closets and storage space is kind of stinky.
 
I'd use: 1) fresh paint ........ 2) lots of Febreze .... or 3) a spray mixture of clorox & water - nothing to saturate but mainly to clean. Sounds like those closets & the storage space had items stored in them for a period of time without being aired fairly often.
 
Sorry to hear about the lack of air conditioning....... hopefully, all the windows open & close properly so you can air out the house!

They actually smell more like dog than musty.
