Has there ever been a better TV series than Have Gun Will Travel ?

Have Gun Will Travel reads the card of a man.
A knight without armor in a savage land.

His fast gun for hire head's the calling wind.
A soldier of fortune is the man called Paladin.

Paladin, Paladin
Where do you roam?
Paladin, Paladin,
Far, far from home.

ok, since that is decent western i wont delve in the 80s too much with the cartoonish entertianment ie the a-team and others

NO Matt never married Kitty! I will never forgive him.. never never

After all that time Miss Kitty was never made an honest woman. :shame

A sadder but wiser woman....

:tongue

My personal favorite western was High Chaparral but that's only because I had a big crush on Blue.

My favorite TV show of all time? Boy, that's hard...but X-Files will be on the list. So will Monk....and Scooby Doo (the orignial).

Oh, and the Monkees.

But Reba....we must, must....NEVER....belittle our great hero...the MAN who explored NEWWORLDS! Who sought...out...new LIFE AND NEW CIVILZATIONS.

WHO BOLDLY WENT WHERE NO MAN HAS EVER GONE BEFORE!!!!

Why is it when I try to write like Bill Shatner talking I "sound" like Elijah? :biggrin

In 1972 he starred in another western series, this one produced by his old friend Jack Webb: Hec Ramsey, the saga of an old-fashioned sheriff coping with an increasingly industrialized West. In the last year of his life, Boone was appointed Florida's cultural ambassador. Richard Boone died at age 65 of throat cancer.

Florida has culture?
