When I was in my twenties, I had a much faster metabolism. I could eat what I wanted and stayed at 150 pounds. I have a large bone structure, so I looked really thin. My weight went up to 200, but everyone I talked to about it said I only looked like I was 160. When I weighed 180 I was told that I looked like I was 140. So, yeah.
Anyway, I'm fat now. I use food to self-medicate. I don't binge, I just snack a lot. And I drink way too much soda. I really like the stuff.
So guys, I need prayer. I've been exercising but not enough. This is very private for me to say but I pray that I would be God's athlete. Is that silly? I just want to be in really good shape again. When I weighed 150 I danced to hip hop a LOT. I went on lots of walks... I stayed in shape. I could walk 10 miles at a time!
So lately I have been exercising, and its pretty uncomfortable. Any advice would be wonderful but I need your prayers. I appreciate them SO much. This is very personal, but I feel it's ok to share with my Christina brethren.
