For me it will show;
My fave topics like famous novelists.
My daily life like what I buy at supermarket
My problems at work.
My hopes for future some regrets of past

I mention this as I watch several murder docos on YouTube. The police will see what you texted on your phone. Any hints that you are more than a person of interest. Your alibis if any.
If you were angry recently and sent some nasty texts.
So sometimes it's good to have a boring text history.

If my book sells, I intend to get VERY boring.

Hmmm,
text from dentist for appointment.
text from pharmacy for prescription.
text from band for next practice
text from son with pictures of a roof.
text from daughter talking about grandkids
text from wife with honey do list.
text from buddy with car pictures

what does that say about me lol

Most of my texts are related to our fishing, hunting, or other outdoor activities. What does that say about me?

I'm not much of a text person. Mostly hubby asking me to do something for him or me wanting him to stop somewhere on the way home from work. My text history is pretty much mundane like the rest of my life. It's like the movie Groundhog Day with me :thud

That we need to live closer so we can hang out!
I sometimes wish my underwater camera had a record capability. Yesterday I was fishing on a local lake in about 14' of water. The bottom was rather sandy with a few larger rocks scattered around. My camera is not a top-of-the-line unit so the vision is not the best and the water was a little murky yet but I expect I could see maybe 3' - 4'.

I happened to be watching some perch swimming around on the camera when out of nowhere this thing comes across right in front of the lens nice and slow sort of like a submarine sliding by. It was a northern pike. I do not know how big it really was because the camera lens is a wide-angle view so things look larger than reality but sometimes that adds to the fun. If I was to guess, I'd say it was probably about a 24" - 26" northern, which is not super huge and actually a good eating size.

After it passed by the camera and started moving away, I gave my fishing rod a little jig and the northern made a sharp turn toward my hook. I couldn't see my hook because my camera was close to the bottom and my hook was about 3' off the bottom just out of view. I was expecting it to attack my hook but it only got a little curious so I never did get it into the fish house. Still fun to play with him/her.

Sending message from your cell phone to someone elses instead of phoning them.

My question is legitimate.
I am being left behind because of texting.
It is taking over the cell phone along with apps.
I do none of it, don't want to know how.
And that part of the world, which has become a big part of the world today, is passing me by.
It took me quite a while before I gave in to texting. Well, the same is true for having a cell phone. Anyway, there are a couple advantages to texting that I like.
  • Suppose you are not in a cell phone coverage area. You cannot call someone or leave a voicemail message but you can create a text message, click send, and it will be queued up and sent once your phone reconnects to cellular service. You don't have to remember to try again yourself. This can be handy sometimes.
  • While talking on the phone, it can be challenging to also send someone pictures at the same time. It's doable but can be a little cumbersome for those of us less techy people. While texting you can take and send photos, copy and send other images, or even send files from your device along with the text to help further explain what you're trying to say in writing. For example, I was texting with my daughter, who was in town, asking her to pick up a tractor for me. Describing it in writing without knowing the precise name of the item was difficult so I took a picture of the broken one along with a photo of the part label and added it to the text. Now she knew exactly what I needed and could even show it to the store clerk.
  • Another advantage that I found is a matter of record keeping. With a text, you have a record of the conversation for future reference if needed. This came in handy one time when I was texting with my phone company service because I was having trouble with my phone. They gave me some instructions of things to try and then we stopped texting because one of those things was to reboot my phone. I was able to reopen that text message and reread the instructions.
