I started at Jaffa Gate and snuck out at the Damascus Gate. I'd had enough of the old city.

But the gate Jesus was talking about isn't one of those gates....
Those gates are for the strangers and merchants and full of shops and restaurants. The tourists use those gates.

Those who have lived in the city a long time and intimately know the place can get in and out after dark by a secret entrance.... because the main gates are closed.
That path is very narrow and hidden from view because the enemy would love to know about it.

All of humanity is called to worship God and be loyal subjects in his Kingdom.

But very few are chosen to be leaders.

When Jesus was preaching and teaching there were several who stated that they would like to be his disciples. To "follow the Rabbi".

The key point that so many people miss is that not a one of those who wanted to follow ASKED. They were prideful in themselves and what they had to offer God...as if God needed them. (As the case why many pastors fail today)

The Apostles who did follow the Rabbi never thought that they had a chance of being worthy or good/talented enough to have such a position. (True humility)
Jesus, Creator of the Universe, thought otherwise...and made it so.

You can keep commandants perfectly ALL YOUR LIFE,... HOWEVER, if you are not born again you are going to go to hell , and then to the Lake of Fire, and burn like a torch.
COMMANDMENT KEEPING CANT SAVE YOU, ONLY GOD CAN SAVE YOU BASED ON THE BLOOD ATONEMENT.

So, your teaching that "keeping commandments" to be saved ither proves you are not saved, or that you have no idea what Redemption via the Grace of God, means or does.
See, for you to post that commandment keeping saves a person actually Denies the work of Jesus on the Cross.
Maybe you should realize this, before you post anything else on a Christian Forum that denies the work of Jesus on the Cross.
