I know there are Jews who are Israelis, and Israelis who are Jews, but there are also Jews who are not Israelis, and Israelis who are not Jews. And not all Israelis are Jews, and not all Jews are Israelis.

because its not ancient isreal. ancient isreal was primarily Hebrews with some foreigners in it as guest and also slaves. the bible doesn't say much. I'm going of the torah and the gideonites and also the Hittite ,Urijah who lived in Isreal and served In Davids army.
