God knows the beginning of everything just as well as the end of Everything..and all points in between.
He knew you centuries before you were born and in a few cases worked miracles to ensure your precense here.
It's call omniscience. All knowledge with all wisdom... And timelessness to go with it.

I don't know. You may have to ask Him. Maybe He knows everything because He is everything. So by knowing Himself, He knows everything by definition.

It's been a long, long while (Barbarian may have to step in here), but basically fertilisation is controlled by chemotaxis (to bring the sperm to the egg), followed by changes to the chemical structure of the sperm and egg that cause fusion of the separate gametes into a brand new organism. So mostly biochemical mediation. (This is vastly over-simplified.)

God knows everything because He IS everything. He says "I am the alpha and Omega, The beginning and the end." God has no need for concept of time as He is time. God is everything from start to finish and everything in between.

The secret things of God's belong to God...but the things He has made clear to us we are responsible for.
What is clear is that ALL life comes from God. It is his to do with as He sees fit. Those who intervene with that are routinely condemned in scripture.
Even abortion is mentioned.
The guy who was forced into carrying Jesus' cross piece for his Crucifixion was a guy who made his living off of abortifactant. (Not a positive).
So if these things don't tell you how much God values life... Don't really know how to help you.
