To be fair they did want to recover the wreckage and it would have been much less over land .

Besides trump let three fly over

Canada allowed this one over it's space .

Maybe not now that you mention it. Trump had a lot more respect from world leaders than biden does.

And I don't buy bidens, its for the children on the ground that we didn't shoot it down sooner. Like they care about children. So China must've got a lot of good pictures from Montana to South Carolina.

What if it had radiation in it or,,,,,
Some kind of new virus from Wuhan,,,,,

This is the number one thing the govt is supposed to protect us from.

And they knew about it when it was in Alaska.
What better place to shoot it down.
It could have had something dangerous on board!

Surely it was common sense. If shot it down and debris did cause damage or land close to somwthing he would have been mocked even more. And if it could have had something dangerous over water is better.

I don't know as it's none of my business but I think the military would know what they doing and Biden just taking advice.

For once i don't blame Biden.

Well first off the edit button didn't work .

Disregard that as it seems it can't be verified . That said a potus even regean who was investigated for the Iran Contra affair didn't know what col north did and it was higher up then him by a long shot .

Col is not that high when it comes to pentagon level

Jason, you think we really know who knows what?
We know what they tell us.

I'm not a fan of the current media blame game .

The right trump supporters would think that it wouldn't happen under him and that the dod is suddenly super excellent but the same officers under Biden are suddenly incompetent.

The military has been pc since my days in 91.desoite trump .team USA was loosing in Afghanistan during and before .

The only difference night have been the withdrawal.

I was in when women couldn't even be in a line unit as cooks,medics.left when it was changed to all units.

If we went to war under trump .female infantry unit members would be deployed.

I do NOT agree with this.
Crazy women.

So many thoughts . A China weather balloon is sent so the China spy satellites already in place could observe what an when our military reaction would be . A misguided weather balloon from China or maybe not even China . One other thing if we did not see this balloon on radar or other when it was over Alaska , why not ?

I'm sure there are alot of questions people would like answered when it comes to those balloons and maybe you will get them.

I'm still waiting for the reason why we waited months after a known rampant virus was spreading fast around the world, and only once the risk had entered the country did they close the boarders and have quarantine. I mean common sense would say you don't wait for a risk to enter the country and spread then close the boarder. It's too late.

It's complicated as each defends their man bit ignores his problems .

I doubt trump would have let this happen but also on his dod .it wasn't all that .he inherited the army that allows women everywhere and tried to stop the transgender,it was over turned in court .

We lowered standards so that the two officers could pass ranger school.

We have problems with new pt standards as it can't be unisex .
 
It doesn't make any sense how a risk was allowed to travel for a entire week across the whole country before any action was taken.

I totally understand why people have questions.
