Vision Of The Lambs And The Sword
This morning while praying outback, I saw a vision of a lamb being born in a green field. It reminded me of a spring lamb. It was happy and leaping around. Then I saw more lambs until there were many lambs in that field. Then a dark, brooding cloud appeared overhead, and the sky began to grow dark, like a storm was coming. Then I saw a sword fall from the sky into the field, and it stood upright with the sharp end digging into the earth. It had words running up and down the blade. The words were from a verse.
Psalm 149:6 May the high praises of God be in their mouths,
and a double-edged sword in their hands… Vision Ended

Once again, I can relate to Revelation 12, as in the previous word the Lord gave you.

I had likened the water coming out of the enemies mouth as a flood of deception.

In this vision I see the man child that the “woman” gave birth to as a company of over-comers, having access to the throne in a unique way, (like John and Paul) in these last days.

Remember, the dragon couldn’t touch the “woman” or the man child that the woman gave birth to.

Only the rest of her offspring are persecuted, those who have the testimony of Jesus and keep His commandments.

To me, each individual “person” in the vision of Revelation 12, is a “sign”; a single “person” that represents a corporate entity.

The dragon of course represents Satan, while simultaneously representing Satan expressing his dominion through the world kingdoms, represented by the seven heads and ten horns.

Likewise the “woman” represents the Holy Spirit expressing His governmental dominion through the Church, as typified by the twelve stars, and being clothed with the sun, and the “moon” under her feet.

She, in these last days, (the time frame of three and a half years), clearly being the great tribulation, gives birth to a unique company of over-comers, who possess as it were abilities beyond their years.

At the end of the day, “they” overcome … they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

This is not so much an interpretation of your vision but identifying the key pieces of a very key prophetic vision that is playing out, and will be played in these last days.

It’s also interesting to note the previous chapter as it also pertains to this unique time frame of three and half years, and involves two witnesses that overcome during that time, and just as important involves the temple, that I believe will be constructed soon.

I believe God has called us corporately to come to together and discuss these things, visions, dreams, prophecies to understand what the Spirit is saying in this hour.

Remember, “we” have the mind of Christ corporately, not I have the mind of Christ.

I see in part, but “we” have the mind of Christ.

‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
Acts 2:17

It's a glorious Psalm, and the vision suggests that a coming generation of believers will fulfill the role spoken of in Joel 2:30-31, and declare the judgments of God upon the earth. The gathering dark cloud represents these judgments, which is why the sword of the word of God also falls from the same direction. The word spoken through His people will declare these judgments before they are carried out, so that the people of the earth are forewarned they were coming, and will know that they are not happening by coincidence.

First the Psalm:

1 Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, And His praise in the assembly of saints. 2 Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. 3 Let them praise His name with the dance; Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp. 4 For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation. 5 Let the saints be joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. 6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, 7 to execute vengeance upon the nations, and punishments upon the peoples; 8 to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 to execute upon them the written judgment - This honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord! (Psalm 149)

This is what the sword refers to; the prophetic word that will be spoken over the nations, to declare the judgments of God. In the common sense, "written judgment" refers to anything the courts of Heaven will determine, and many judgments are coming. Towards the very end, however, an increasing number of these will be written judgments long contained in the word of God, such as Joel 2:28-31 where it states:

28 "And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. 29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. 30 "And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. 32 And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the Lord has said, Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.

There are others contained in the written word which will also increasingly see their fulfillment, but not without His servants prophetically declaring they are about to come first. This, His judgments will be the joy, glory and honor to His people, just as Psalm 149 states.

This is not so much an interpretation of your vision but identifying the key pieces of a very key prophetic vision that is playing out, and will be played in these last days.
