I have had to ponder on this question.Their are so many vegetables that I do like.But I think I would like to be an eggplant.Not because I love it eat it that much but I love the color

I actually like lima beans. The only veggies I can think of that I don't like is turnips and beets.
I like pickled beets though.

What? Everyone in my family except Jake loves brussel sprouts. They grow really well where I live.
